A shade card can be sent on deposit or matched to a swatch supplied by the client and can be on a clients fabric.

Delivery Policy
Standard stock - we aim to dispatch within 5 days. If its for a specific day please state in the order. Non-standard stock will be between 4 to 6 weeks as it is specially made. Orders from Europe, Asia and America will take an additional week. Goods are only dispatched once payment has cleared.

Returns
Standard stock we hope you are happy with what you receive. If not please get in touch immediately and return within 14 days. Please note postage costs will only be reimbursed if goods are faulty otherwise all postage costs to be paid by client. Non- standard stock - specially ordered work can only be returned if faulty or damaged. If the package arrives damaged please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Overseas orders
We welcome overseas orders and can be delivered all around the world. All orders outside mainland U.K.have different charges which depend on your location. To make an overseas order simply email us (click on that as link) stating product, code and quantity along with full delivery address. We will then email you back as soon as possible with a total price for your order along with expected delivery time and payment details.
